How The Fitness Solver System Works
Phase 1 — Foundation We start with more guidance and accountability. This phase focuses on: Exercise form and technique Building consistency Nutrition guidance Understanding your training structure Creating momentum During this stage, clients typically work with me more frequently to build a strong foundation. Phase 2 — Growing Independence As your confidence and knowledge improve, you begin training more independently. At this stage: You understand your workouts better Your structure becomes more routine Accountability remains in place Sessions become more strategic The goal is not dependency. The goal is progression. Phase 3 — Long-Term Optimization Over time, many clients transition into a lower-frequency coaching structure. This may include: Weekly or biweekly in-home sessions Video coaching Program adjustments Progress tracking Continued accountability Fitness becomes part of your lifestyle, not something you constantly struggle to maintain.
